CHAPTER I General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set forth the conditions and procedures for the use of all services(hereinafter referred to as services) provided by this site (hereinafter referred to as "J&G").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definition of the terms used herein shall have the following meaning

1. Members: A person who receives services provided by the company under the terms and conditions;
2. Contracts for use: Contracts concluded between the company and members in connection with the use of services;
3. Join: Filling in the form of application provided by the company with relevant information and completing the service use contract with consent to this agreement;
4. Members: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership to the relevant site;
5. Member number (ID): A combination of English characters and numbers selected by a member and approved by the company for identification of members and use of services by members (only one ID is available for one resident registration number);
6. Passwords (PASSWORD): The combination of English characters, numbers, and special characters set by the member himself/herself to protect the information of members;
7. Termination: Company or member shall express his/her intention to terminate the contract for use after the use of the service.

Article 3 (Validity and Amendment of the Terms and Conditions)

Members may request withdrawal (termination) if they do not agree to the amended terms and conditions, and if they continue to use the services without showing their intention to refuse after seven days from the effective date of the amended terms and conditions, they are considered to have agreed to the changes in terms and conditions
① It will take effect by posting it on the service screen of this terms and conditions, or by notice on the notice board or by any other method.
② The company may change the contents of this terms and conditions if considered necessary, and the changed terms and conditions shall be known on the service screen, and shall be considered to have agreed to the changes in terms and conditions if the service continues to be used without showing any intention to refuse after 7 days of notice.
③ If the member does not agree with the changed terms, the member may discontinue the use of the service and cancel his / her membership registration. If he / she continues to use the terms, he / she is considered to have agreed to change the terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Provisions of mutatis mutandis)

Matters not specified in this terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of The Telecommunications Basic Act, The Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant statutes.

CHAPTER 2. PROVISIONS OF SERVICES

Article 5 (Establishment of Contracts for Use)

The use contract is established with the consent of the company to the member's application and the consent of the member's terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Application for Use)

Applications can be made by input personal information on the subscription application form requested by the company on the member information screen of the service.

Article 7 (Approval of Application for Use)

① If a member has applied for use by accurately stating all the details of the application, he / she is to be accepted the application for use of the service unless there is a special reason.
② The Company may withhold or refuse its acceptance of an application in any of the following cases:
1. if the application is not made in real name
2. if the application is by using the name of another person
3. if the details of an application for use are falsely stated
4. if he/she applies for the purpose of against the social or public order in the society or against good morals and traditional customs
5. Where it fails to meet the requirements for application for use prescribed by the company.

Article 8 (Change of Contract)

Members shall modify the details stated in the application for use if they have changed, and the members are responsible for the problems that arise without amendment.

CHAPTER 3 Obligation duty of contractor

Article 9 (Obligations of Company)

The company does not disclosure or distribute the personal information of the member known by the service to a third party without consent. However, if there is a request from the State agency under the provisions of The Telecommunications Basic Act. etc., it shall not apply if there is a purpose of investigation for the crime or if there is a request by the procedure prescribed by the relevant statutes.


Article 10 (Duties of Members)

① Members shall not engage in the following activities when using the services
1. Unlawfully using the ID of another member
2. Replication, publication, or provision of information obtained from the service to a third party
3. Infringing on the copyright of the company, copyright of a third party, etc. and other rights
4. Distributing the contents of against the social or public order in the society or against good morals and traditional customs
5. An act objectively considered to be associated with a crime
6. Other acts that violate relevant statutes
② Members can not use the service to conduct business activities, and the company is not responsible for the results of the use of the business activities
③ Members can not transfer or donate their service rights or other status under the contract of use to others, and can not provide them as collateral
 
CHAPTER 4 Utilization of Services

Article 11 (Duties of Members)

① Member is responsible for maintenance, such as his/her email, bulletin board, and registration data, as needed.
② Members cannot delete or change the material provided by the company.
③ Members should not register contents against the social or public order in the society or against good morals and traditional customs; on the company's homepage, or contents that violate other rights such as third party's copyright. If you post such content, all responsibility for the results of the posting is on the member.

Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Subscriptions)

For efficient service operation, members' memory space, message size, number of days of storage, etc. may be restricted, and if the contents of registration fall under the following subparagraphs, they may be deleted without prior notice.
1. Where he/she slanders other members or third parties or damages honor by slander
2. Where the content against the social or public order in the society or against good morals and traditional customs
3. Where the content is considered to be associated with a criminal act
4. Where the content violates the copyright of the company, copyright of a third party, etc. and other rights
5. Where a member posts pornography on the company's website or bulletin board or links the pornography site
6. Where it is considered that the relevant statutes are in violation of the relevant statutes

Article 13 (Personal Rights of Posts)

The copyright of the post is to the publisher himself, and the member can not commercially use the data posted on the service, such as processing and selling information obtained by using the service.

Article 14 (Time to Use Services)

The use of services shall be 24 hours a day, unless there is a special obstacle to business or technology, but this shall not apply when there is a reason such as regular inspection.

Article 15 (Responsibility for Use of Services)

No act shall be conducted by hacking, pornographic site links, commercial S/W illegal distribution, etc. using the service, and the company shall not be liable for the results and losses of business activities caused by the violation, legal action by the relevant agency, etc.

Article 16 (Suspension of Providing Services)

If it fall under any of the following, we can stop providing services.
1. Where due to construction work, such as repair of facilities for service
2. Where a facilities-based telecommunications business operator prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
3. Where it is necessary to inspect the system
4. Where there is any other cause by a force majeure event equivalent
 
CHAPTER 5. Termination of Contracts and Restrictions on Use

Article 17 (Restrictions on Termination and Use of Contracts)

①  When a member intends to terminate the use contract, the member himself/herself shall apply for termination through the Internet, and the company shall check whether he/she is or not.
② If a member has committed any of the following acts, the company shall notify the customer of the intention by 30 days before the termination and give him/her an opportunity to state his/her opinion:
1. If the member ID and password of another person are stolen
2. Where he/she intentionally interferes with the operation of the services
3. Where he/she files a false application for membership
4. Where the same member double-registers with another ID
5. Where he/she distributes the content against the social or public order in the society or against good morals and traditional customs
6. Where he/she commits an act that damages or disadvantages the honor of another person
7. If a large amount of information is transmitted or advertisement-related information is transmitted for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the services
8. Where a computer virus program, etc. is distributed that causes malfunctions of information and communications facilities or destruction of information, etc
9. Where he/she violates the intellectual property rights of a company or other member or third party
10.Where he/she illegally uses personal information, member ID, and passwords of another person
11. If a member posts pornography on his/her homepage or bulletin board, or links the pornography site
12. Where it is considered that the relevant statutes are in violation of such other relevant statutes
 
CHAPTER 6 OTHER

Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)

Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the services, or other status of the contract to others, and can not provide it as collateral

Article 19 (Compensation for Damages)

The company shall not be liable for any loss to the member in connection with the services provided free of charge, except for the loss caused by the company's intentional or gross negligence

Article 20 (Provisions on Immunity)

① The company is exempt from liability for providing services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, wars, or other equivalent forces
② The company is exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities
③ The company is not responsible for the failure of service use due to the member's reasons
④ The company is not responsible for any loss caused by the material it obtains from the benefits or services it expects from its members
⑤ The company is not responsible for the information, data, reliability, and accuracy of the facts posted on the service by the member

Article 21 (Jurisdiction Court)


If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the services, the court that has jurisdiction over the location of the company is the exclusive jurisdiction court.

 
ADDENDUM
(Effective Date) The Terms and Conditions shall become effective as of February 21, 2021.

■ The period of personal information retention and use

However, if necessary to be preserved under the provisions of the relevant statutes, the company shall keep member information for a certain period of time as prescribed by the relevant statutes as follows:

Preservation basis : The Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information
Preservation period: 3 years

Recordings on display/advertisement: 6 months (the Protection of Consumers in e-commerce and Other Transactions Act etc.)
Records on withdrawal of contracts or subscriptions, etc.: 5 years (the Protection of Consumers in e-commerce and Other Transactions Act etc.)
Records on the supply of payment and goods, etc.: 5 years (the Protection of Consumers in e-commerce and Other Transactions Act etc.)
Records on consumer complaints or dispute settlement: 3 years (the Protection of Consumers in e-commerce and Other Transactions Act etc.)
Records on the collection, processing, and use of credit information: 3 years (Acts on the use and protection of credit information)
